The Ally Rocks 405 Leadership
The Ally Rocks 405 Leadership Team is a coalition of volunteers united by a fierce resolve to end the epidemic of impaired driving. While many of us had the privilege of knowing Ally as a sassy, vibrant firecracker, others never met her in life. Yet, her influence on this group is undeniable. Ally’s spirit lives on through each member, and it is her own fierce determination that fuels our mission every single day.
Executive Leadership Team

Executive Director
Danette Goad
Ally's Mom
Danette Goad is the Founder and Executive Director of Ally Rocks 405 and is dedicated to fighting the epidemic of Impaired Driving through Education and Creativity.
A dynamic public speaker and "Lived Life Expert," Danette specializes in law enforcement training, legislative reform, and program development.
Beyond the policy changes and training sessions, her motivation remains deeply personal. When asked about her long-term vision for the organization, Danette’s goal is unwavering: "It's simple, I want to ensure Ally's legacy is etched in stone long after I am gone."

Chief Financial Officer
Tina VanHecke
Tina brings years of high-level management experience in the corporate world to her role as CFO of Ally Rocks 405.
She is driven by a firm belief in the need for greater accountability for impaired driving and the power of education to prevent future tragedies.
Tina’s vision for the organization is twofold: she is dedicated to expanding the organization's law enforcement training program to a national level, while simultaneously spreading Ally’s message of kindness through our signature rock painting and hiding campaigns.

Chief Communications Officer
Emileigh Goad
Ally's Sister-in-Law
For Emileigh, this role is about more than just communications—it is a personal commitment to keep her sister-in-law’s memory alive.
As Chief Communications Officer, she serves as the logistical hub of the Board, keeping the team organized while managing the nonprofit’s public identity. Emileigh is passionate about strengthening partnerships with law enforcement and ensuring the community knows exactly who we are.
Her personal mission is to ensure that when the topic of impaired driving arises, the work and legacy of Ally Rocks 405 are at the forefront of the conversation.
Board of Directors

Board of Directors-President/Treasurer
Frankie Goad
Ally's Dad
As Ally’s father, Frankie serves as the Treasurer with one main motivation: to keep his baby girl's memory alive. While his title involves bookkeeping, planning budgets, and managing fundraising campaigns, his "unofficial" job is just as important: providing a fiscal reality check for the Executive Director (his wife, Danette).
Frankie is a constant presence at events, often seen serving as the official handler for Padfoot, the team's mascot. Whether he is balancing the books or sharing Ally’s story with the public, his message is stark and powerful. He works to educate people on the "ultimate cost" of impaired driving, hoping to spare other families from the grief his family lives with every day.

Board of Directors-Secretary
Mackenzie Hendle
Ally's Best Friend
Mackenzie Hendle brings a perspective focused on accountability, organization, and prevention to the Board. Currently working with the Oklahoma ABLE Commission, her career in public safety was directly shaped by Ally’s story.
Best friends since childhood, Mackenzie saw firsthand how Ally never stopped fighting for what she believed in. That determination now fuels Mackenzie’s drive to hold impaired drivers accountable. By handling the administrative and organizational needs of the Board, she ensures Ally Rocks 405 remains a lasting force—one that protects future generations and honors the legacy of her best friend.

Board of Directors-Community Engagement Director
Anna Koral
Anna joined the Board after witnessing the daily weight of grief carried by Ally’s family, realizing that tragedy isn't something that just happens to "other people"—it happens to our neighbors. She constantly works to remind the public that while impaired driving is 100% preventable, the cost of a bad decision is permanent.
Anna is passionate about making the mission accessible to everyone. She reminds volunteers that "you don’t have to be an artist" to join the movement; you simply need a desire to make a change. Her long-term goal is to ensure Ally’s legacy grows, serving as a powerful reminder of what is truly at stake when someone gets behind the wheel.
Advisory Members

Advisory Board-Community Relations Director
Colin Goad
Ally's Brother
Colin plays a crucial role in advancing the mission of Ally Rocks 405. As Ally's brother and the Community Relations Director, he is responsible for the organization's outreach and strategic growth.
Colin focuses on the "big picture": ensuring effective governance, driving fundraising efforts, and building relationships with donors who want to support the cause. He actively collaborates with the Board to launch new educational initiatives and increase DUI awareness. Whether he is advocating at public events or managing special projects behind the scenes, Colin’s goal is to turn the organization’s objectives into real-world results that save lives.

Advisory Board-Artistic Designer
Rachel Grob
Rachel brings a professional creative flair to the Board, utilizing her extensive design background to help the nonprofit stand out. She is passionate about balancing the serious nature of the mission with the fun, vibrant spirit of Ally, ensuring the message of safety is spread through creativity.
Rachel’s commitment is personal: as a mother and daughter, she cannot imagine the pain of losing a loved one to such a preventable tragedy. Her goal is to foster increased community involvement, believing that if enough people work together, we can turn the tide on impaired driving.

Advisory Board-Newsletter Editor
Katie Bell
Ally's Aunt
As the Board’s Newsletter Editor, Katie Bell curates the stories that keep the mission moving forward. Her connection to Ally is lifelong: she was the "fun aunt" who loved Ally like her own child. From long phone calls solving life’s toughest questions to making everyone laugh at family gatherings, their bond was unbreakable.
Katie is part of Ally Rocks 405 because it is all that is left of the good that Ally was. She is dedicated to the organization because it helps make the pain of the loss sufferable. Through her work, she ensures that Ally’s legacy remains visible, allowing her own children, Coco and Phin, to experience the joy of the cousin they will always love—until they meet again.

Advisory Board-Administrative Assistant
Michele Byrnes
Michele believes that Ally Rocks 405 has the power to do more than just raise awareness—she wants to improve how law enforcement handles crash scenes and how establishments manage serving guidelines.
A professional with extensive experience working with youth, Michele is also a lifelong friend of Ally's Mom. She uses her background to support the Board in the background to prevent future crashes. Michele offers a unique voice to the team: she is an alcoholic in recovery who acts as a fierce advocate for sobriety and accountability. Her goal is to ensure Ally's story is told widely, saving families from the grief she watches her childhood friend endure.

Advisory Board-Executive Assistant
Grace Southern
Ally's Best Friend
As Ally’s best friend, Grace's dedication is rooted in a bond that began the day they met. The loss of Ally didn't just change Grace's life; it altered the future plans they had made together. Driven by the belief that "Ally would do the same if it were me," Grace committed herself to the organization completely.
Though she started with no prior nonprofit experience, Grace’s devotion drove her to master the daily operations of the foundation. From navigating bookkeeping and running auctions to creating social media content, she has become a vital force. Her goal is simple but profound: to share Ally’s story so that the next friend doesn't have to lose their "Ally."

Advisory Board-Procurement Director
Mike Rhoades
Mike’s journey with Ally Rocks 405 began with a chance meeting at Universal Studios in Florida, where he met Ally's mom, Danette, just four months after Ally’s death. Moved by the power of the story, Mike decided immediately that he wanted to help make the world a better place to honor the special person who was lost.
As Procurement Director, Mike is the team’s "Deal Finder" and technical ace. He combines his skills in graphic design and digital resources with a talent for sourcing materials efficiently. Mike works behind the scenes to create marketing designs and secure the resources, all with one goal in mind: to ensure that Ally’s light is never extinguished.

Advisory Board-Resource Director
Kerri Hansen
Meet Kerri Hansen, the Board's resident "Lego Queen." Kerri joined the mission after discovering Ally’s story at Universal Studios, proving once again that Ally’s legacy knows no borders.
Kerri approaches her role with a mix of creativity and realism. She understands the financial challenges nonprofits face and works tirelessly to generate resources—often using her own crafting skills to create blankets and goods for fundraising. Her heart, however, is with the youth. Kerri loves seeing young kids involved in the rock painting campaigns, believing that engaging them now is the only way to build a future where impaired driving no longer exists.

Advisory Board-Merchandise Creator
Shannon LeFlore
Shannon firmly believes in the mission of Ally Rocks 405 and is dedicated to eliminating the epidemic of drunk driving. In her role as Merchandise Creator, she provides the tangible goods that allow the organization to raise funds and awareness, from raffle prizes to sale items.
Beyond the creative work, Shannon is a fierce advocate for legislative reform. She wants to see a world where impaired driving is a thing of the past, achieved through stricter laws and steeper consequences that act as a true deterrent for offenders.
Ally's Pack

Chief Smile Officer
Autumn Goad
Ally's Niece
Autumn Remi Goad (ARG, just like her Aunt) was born into this Board position, and she fits the role perfectly. Her infectious smile reminds us daily that our mission is about love, education, and kindness.
Though Autumn never met Ally, their connection is undeniable. We like to say that while we tell Autumn stories about Ally, Ally is up in Heaven telling stories about Autumn. She is the reason we work so hard—so that future generations are protected from the tragedy of impaired driving.

Team Ally's Mascot
Padfoot
Ally's Service Dog
Padfoot... Where to begin?
When Ally was told "A service Dog would help your PTSD," in true Ally fashion, she brought home a service "horse". From 2017 until Ally's death, you rarely saw one without the other. Their special bond and Padfoot's sense of loss still glows from his deeply sweet eyes.
Padfoot is the largest piece of Ally that her family has left. He has relocated to her parent's home and still frequently can be found curled up on her bed.
If you are a part of Team Ally, Padfoot says "Thanks!"
