Ally Rocks 405
Law Enforcement Training Program

Ally Rocks 405 is a preferred trainer in law enforcement, providing a high-impact,
survivor-led educational program that strengthens both preventative measures,
technical skills and compassionate response. Our CLEET-certified course, “DUI/DWI: A Victim’s Perspective”, equips officers with the tools they need to help prevent impaired-driving tragedies and serve their communities with professionalism, courage and clarity.

Built in collaboration with law enforcement, legal professionals and mental health
experts, this course blends real-life survivor testimony, interactive crash-scene
simulations, and evidence-informed practices that reflect the full human cost of impaired driving. Officers learn to detect impairment more effectively, document crash scenes thoroughly, understand trauma responses among victims, and recognize PTSD and cumulative stress within themselves and their peers.

This training reframes impaired driving as not only a violation of law but a violation of the fundamental human right to life and safety. It strengthens emergency response readiness, improves outcomes for victims and families and creates long-lasting impact within departments and entire jurisdictions.

The Ally Rocks 405 Challenge Coin

For police officers, challenge coins symbolize

deep camaraderie, honor, pride, and tradition, acting as tangible tokens of unity, sacrifice, and achievement within the brotherhood/sisterhood of law enforcement, often awarded for excellence, marking milestones like academy graduation, or memorializing fallen comrades, embodying the shared values and dangers of their service. They build morale and represent belonging to a special group, often earned through proving one's mettle or dedication.

These are all things that Ally Rocks 405 encompasses as we teach our Law Enforcement officers the importance of how to deal with drunk driving cases. The importance and impact they have on the victums and their families. We wanted to created a coin that would not only honor Ally but honor all the first responders who have helped along the way.

Don't Just Take Our Word For It!

What do class attendees say about our program?

"Thank you! This is the most eye opening training I have ever had and keep doing what y’all are doing."

-Athens Police Department Cadet

"Just being able to hear how doing our job as police officers to the best of our ability can change how much justice gets served compared to if we just go half into it that the suspect could not have to pay for anything they did to the victim."

-Longview Police Department Cadet

"One of the best CLEET classes I have had. This story helped me with the way I think about DUI/DWI and I think all law enforcement should sit through and hear this story and understand what’s it’s like for the victims."

-Washington County Sheriff's Office Deputy

"I created a CLEET class in 2021 that was designed to help teach police officers about what to do for major collisions and what is expected of the first responding LEO’s. I observed too many scenes where evidence was lost or things weren’t done correctly.

I am very happy to see this being taught through your program. This presentation should be taught at every DRE school."

-Oklahoma Highway Patrol Lieutenant

"Passionate and informative presentation that should be shared at all Law Enforcement Academies."

-Cushing Police Department Officer

"I think the entire presentation should be given to as many new law enforcement officers as possible. They need to put a face to the victims of DWI."

-Harris County Police Department Sergeant
